Introducing: The 'Pay As You Go' property management system

The service does exactly what it says on the tin.  Instead of paying a set monthly fee, often in excess of 10% of the rent, you only pay for each action we perform.

 

So if everything runs smoothly at your investment property for six months, even a year, you will pay nothing.  But rest assured we remain on standby to help find a tenant, arrange a repair or undertake anything else required as and when you need it.

 

Flexibility

As a landlord you can regain control of your properties and pass on some, or all of the management tasks to us.  Unlike the conventional model of letting management, you can have a big say in how your properties are managed.  You can choose to do some of the management tasks and just get us to do the things you either can't, or would rather not do.  Or you can have your property fully managed but still only pay for the actions performed.  There are no monthly fees, and you can potentially save up to 80% on a conventional letting agent.

 

100% of rent money paid directly to you

Whether you choose to have your property fully managed, or part managed, you will receive 100% of the rent money paid directly to your bank account.  There are no deductions whatsoever.  The rent is paid from the tenant, directly to you.  We will only bill you for any work which we do when we are required.  So it's a bit like renting your property privately to a tenant, except you have property professionals on standby to help out when you need them.

Ahujalets has a nationwide network of agents, primarily consisting of landlords, perhaps like yourself.  That's why this service has been conceived, it has been designed by landlords to better suit what landlords actually want.  It's been designed by people who have been dissatisfied by the conventional all or nothing letting management model and perplexed about paying high fees when often very little needs to be done.

The service is operated by landlords, people who have a passion for property.  Therefore you will be dealing with a local property professional.  And we are supported by a national network of property investors and landlords, with a variety of experience, who understand what you want.

  

What will it cost? 

We have a very easy charging schedule that is basically £25 per action, or £25 an hour, depending on what is required. Anything on top is charged at cost.

The actual cost will depend on what you want.  The beauty of this system is that you have a great deal of control over what you require us to do, therefore, your costs.  It is possible to save up to 80% on conventional management costs assuming you choose basic tenant finding services and there are no extraordinary problems during a year.  If you want us to take total control and you want the best tenant finding we can offer, you should still save at least 50% over a traditional service.
