The affordable tenant finding package without compromise..

Wow, we've only been in business for a short while but the interest in Pay As You Go letting management has been huge!  And we've been listening to your feedback.  While most of you love the idea of Pay As You Go, a portion of you wanted a fixed cost for your tenant finding.  So since you've asked for it, here is what we've come up with..

What you get:

A fixed fee of £275 which includes (as a minimum) all advertising, unlimited viewings, referencing and credit checking of applicants, until we find a suitable tenant.  This package also includes the following:

  • As many high quality photos as required.

  • A 'To Let' board will be erected and removed from your property

  • Advertising in the local press

  • Advertising on your local gumtree.com with photos

  • Advertising on spareroom.co.uk with photos

  • Advertising on any other local websites as necessary

  • Fully featured advertising on our website

  • We'll handle unlimited calls, emails and enquiries

As a minimum your property will be advertised on: rightmove.co.uk, findaproperty.com, propertyfinder.com, primelocation.com, virgin media, yahoo.co.uk, upmystreet.co.uk, timesonline and many more of the biggest and most important property portals in the UK....

Basically you will get our full commitment to fill your property and we'll do whatever is required to find you a tenant in the quickest possible time.  You can be sure of this as we only ask for a £50 deposit to help cover some of the advertising costs.  The rest of the money we'll ask for only when we've found you a tenant.  This is what we call the 'tenant guarantee'.  So if you are looking for an excellent value capped fee, while still getting all the service, this is for you.

You can still use the conventional Pay As You Go services if you choose.  If you don't think you require something this comprehensive or you want to undertake some of the work yourself (e.g. viewings) then design your own tenant find promotion using our PAYG services.

  2. In the unlikely event we consider a property to be unlettable, we reserve the right to refuse applications for this package.  Reasons could include, but are not limited to, unsafe condition of a property, unrealistic rental expectations, poor condition of the property etc.  We will always attempt to work with you to help make your property lettable.
