Renting a property through Ahujalets is very much like renting from a traditional agent, except we won't charge you a fee for finding you a flat and you pay your rent money directly to the Landlord.

If you choose to rent a property through us you will need to pass a credit check and provide references to secure the property.  A non-refundable £25 credit checking fee will be payable upon your application for a property.  If you fail a credit or reference check for whatever reason, the Landlord may accept a guarantor, in which case a further £25 fee will be payable to credit check this individual.
